Authentic opened its doors from December, 8, 2014.

 

 

 

Located 1km from Lamai center and near one of most beautiful bay of Koh Samui "Crystal Bay". Take time to visit and enjoy for taste the products of the cheese factory in Lamai "Authentic". Its activity is mainly oriented on the production of cow's milk cheeses and goat's milk, the house specialty is cheese 1/2 goat and 1/2 cow.

 

 

The Cheese factory was created by Sandrine et Pascal, two Tourangeaux  native to the region St Maure (famous for its goat cheese shaped buche), who embark on a new adventure by creating AUTHENTIC in Koh Samui. 

Since opening, Sandrine and Pascal constantly innovate by creating new products and expand their increasingly ranges ("Le camembert de Samui", "Le fondant frais", "Le palet cendré", "Le petit mixte"...)
